Description |
Black and white photo of the north side of the 1854 Cow Barn during the early La Salette era. The photo is taken from the north west, and shows a partially built silo, three men, and cattle, mostly holstein, walking down the hill and towards the far end of the barn. This photo shows the ravine the barn was built across, and importantly, part of the door to the basement. This is the only known image of this side of the barn. The print is reversed, but the scan attached to this record is correct. |
